Our Foglia di Vite was awarded Luca Maroni Best Italian Red Wine and we invite you to try it at this tasting, which will also feature all the products from Ciaccioni Commercial Farm accompanied by products from other farms in the local area.
The Foglia di Vite tasting comprises:
•Rosso di Terra Chianti DOCG accompanied by Cinta Senese pork loin
•Profumo di Vigna Tuscan Vermentino IGT accompanied by raw milk pecorino cheese
•Foglia di Vite Tuscan Red IGT accompanied by Cinta Senese prosciutto ham
•Occhio di Pernice Chianti Reserve Vin Santo DOC accompanied by blue cheese

In order to highlight the quality of our products and offer our customers the chance to savour them fully, we have chosen to pair our Rosso di Terra with Cinta Senese pork loin from Il Poggio Commercial Farm and our Foglia di Vite with Cinta Senese prosciutto ham from the same farm. For the cheese pairings we have chosen Pianporcino Farm, which has provided an excellent blue cheese to enjoy with our Vinsanto in an interesting matchup sure to be a particular favourite with all enthusiasts of this type of wine.
